Base: vetiver, patchouli, oud, amber, musk, leather, sandalwood, tobacco and labdanum absolute. The darkest, shadowiest version of Neanderthal. A perfume of movement that challenges the conventions of perfumery. The structure of the Neanderthal dark top note includes leafy, aromatic and material sensations, symbolic of nature; trees, plants, flowers and citrus fruits. Initially, peppercorns and incense collide with this delicate leaf accord, pushing, pulling and over time combining to create a transgressive and original iodized profile as Neandertal dark evolves. Sandalwood and cedar provide a lasting foundation for the dark Neanderthal. The inclusion of oud and leather adds an unusual animalistic depth and resinous shade. The earthy materials of the rhizome reintroduce the familiar green facets in a darker way.
