Terms of sale

The Customer's order has the value of a binding contract. The order is accepted by the Seller with a receipt sent by e-mail, which contains the list of conditions of sale, the description of the product characteristics, the essential elements of the contract (price, payment methods). The contract is concluded and becomes binding when the Customer receives the order receipt. The order and the receipt of the Order are considered received when the subjects to whom they are addressed have the possibility to access the electronic messages. In the event that the Customer does not receive an e-mail within 3 working days of sending the receipt of the Order by the Seller or any other communication, the Customer is required to contact the Seller via the address: orders @ faraoneshop.it

DELIVERY OF GOODS

  • Shipping

The Seller ships by courier (GLS, UPS, Poste Italiane).

As required by the rules of trade, shipments are accompanied by an official invoice certifying the value of the individual items in Euros.

  • Delivery date
The Sellers guarantee to do everything in their power to comply with the delivery times indicated on the Site and, in any case, to deliver within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which the Customer sent the order and after confirmation of payment. In case of non-execution of the order by the Seller, due to temporary unavailability of the Product, the Seller must notify the Customer in writing and will refund any amount already paid by the Customer for the payment of the Product.

The website indicates the availability or unavailability of the Products, if a product ordered by a Customer is not available for delivery despite the confirmation of the order, and the confirmation of payment, the Customer will be promptly refunded.

Orders are shipped by the Seller from Monday to Friday from 9: 00-13: 00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next Business Day.

The delivery of the purchased products takes place on average within 5 working days for orders from Italy and within 10 working days for all other destinations.

The products will still be delivered within 30 days within the terms of the law.

It is possible to ship goods to Italy, to the European Community and to countries outside the European Community.

The shipment of the Products ordered by the Consumer will take place in the method chosen by the Customer, among those available, and indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed. The Customer undertakes to verify without delay, and in any case no later than three (3) days from receipt of the Products, the correctness of the delivery and the inclusion of all and only the Products purchased within this period, and to inform the Seller of any Products. received defects or differences from the order placed. If the package or packages of products ordered by the Customer reach their destination in visibly damaged conditions, the Customer is requested to refuse delivery by the shipper or to sign a "Control reserve" delivery.

Once the term referred to in the previous paragraph has elapsed, without the Customer having made any claims against the shipper, the Products delivered will be considered definitively accepted by the Customer.

The Seller accepts payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Scalapay and cash on delivery. The prices shown on the Site in Europe are in Euros and include VAT unless an alternative country has been selected where prices are in US dollars VAT is not chargeable.

Customers who purchase from a non-Cee country will be charged for the items purchased (excluding VAT) and shipping costs only.

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Community are served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to taxes and customs duties.

We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landing cost price prior to completing your purchase.

Please note that some shipments may be delayed due to the customs clearance process, which are beyond our control.

  • Credit Cards

You can pay using the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

  • PayPal

The Customer is given the opportunity to pay for purchases using a verified PayPal account.

The Seller accepts payments from verified accounts and reserves the right to ship the goods to the address of the account verified by PayPal.

  • Scalapay

If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

  • Cash on delivery

It is possible to pay cash on delivery upon delivery of the product within the Italian territory.
The financial information of the Customer who purchases on the Faraone.shop website (credit card number, credit card expiry date and others personal data) will be processed exclusively by the financial intermediary (shopify payments) and never known to Faraone.shop.
