Terms of service

The Customer's order has the value of a binding contract. The order is accepted by the Seller with a receipt sent by e-mail, which contains a list of the terms of sale, a description of the characteristics of the product, and the essential elements of the contract (price, method of payment). The contract is concluded and becomes binding when the Customer receives the order receipt. The order and the receipt of the order shall be deemed to have been received when the persons to whom the order is addressed are able to access the electronic messages. In the event that the Customer does not receive an e-mail within 3 working days of the Seller's receipt of the Order or any other communication, the Customer shall contact the Seller via the address: ordini@faraoneshop.it.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Shipping

The Seller ships by courier (GLS, UPS, Poste Italiane).
In accordance with the rules of trade, shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euro.

Delivery date

The Sellers guarantee to do everything in their power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Site and, in any case, to deliver within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which the Customer sent the order and after confirmation of payment. In the event of non-execution of the order by the Seller, due to temporary unavailability of the Product, the Seller shall notify the Customer in writing and shall refund any amount already paid by the Customer for payment of the Product.

If a product ordered by a Customer is not available for delivery despite order confirmation and payment confirmation, the Customer will be promptly reimbursed.

Orders are dispatched by the Seller from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery of purchased products takes place on average within 5 working days for orders from Italy and within 10 working days for all other destinations.

However, products will be delivered within 30 days in accordance with the law.
It is possible to ship goods to Italy, the European Community and countries outside the European Community.

The Products ordered by the Consumer shall be shipped in the manner chosen by the Customer, among those available, and indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed. The Customer undertakes to verify without delay, and in any case no later than three (3) days from receipt of the Products, the correctness of the delivery and the inclusion of all and only the Products purchased within this term, and to inform the Seller of any defective Products received or differences with respect to the order placed. If the parcel or parcels of Products ordered by the Customer arrive at the destination in a visibly damaged condition, the Customer is requested to refuse the delivery by the forwarding agent or to sign a ‘Reserve Check’ delivery.
After the expiration of the period referred to in the preceding paragraph, without the Customer having made any claims against the forwarding agent, the Products delivered shall be deemed to have been definitively accepted by the Customer.

The Seller accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal, Scalapay and cash on delivery. Prices shown on the Site in Europe are in Euros and include VAT unless an alternative country has been selected where prices are in US Dollars VAT is not chargeable.

Customers purchasing from a non-EU country will be charged for the purchased items (excluding VAT) and shipping costs only.

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Community are served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to taxes and customs duties.

We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landing cost price before completing your purchase.

Credit card

You can pay using the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

PayPal

The Customer is given the option to pay for purchases using a verified PayPal account.
The Seller accepts payments from verified accounts and reserves the right to ship goods to the address of the account verified by PayPal.

Klarna

If you buy with Klarna you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Klarna Bank AB, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

Cash on delivery

It is possible to pay cash on delivery of the product within the Italian territory.
The financial information of the customer who buys on Faraone.shop website (credit card number, credit card expiry date and other personal data) will be treated exclusively by the financial intermediary (shopify payments) and never known by Faraone.shop.
