Shipping
Standard shipping is free with a minimum purchase of € 200 in Italy and € 350 in Europe.
The forecast and cost of delivery are calculated at checkout.
The shipping cost can change in according to the country of destination.
If the order is placed before 11:00 the delivery to the courier will be within the same day.
UPS Access Point
- You can collect the package at the UPS access point of your choice. A map is shown with the collection points closest to your address;
- Green Shipping: we recommend this choice if you want to reduce the impact of shipping emissions.
Prices shown on the Site are inclusive of VAT. Please note that orders shipped outside the European Community may be subject to taxes and customs duties.
We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landing cost price before completing your purchase. Please note that some shipments may be delayed due to the customs clearance process, which are beyond our control.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer's address due to the Customer's lack of cooperation, as per Faraone s.a.s. commercial agreement, the package is likely to be sent back to Italy at the Customer's expense including any import taxes eventually required by the customs. Such expenses will be deducted from eventual refunds.
As per tax regulations, it is not allowed to declare lower values or gift items.
