PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
The following General Conditions of Sale govern all sales contracts concluded between the Seller and the Customer through the Site.
Each purchase is governed by the General Conditions of Sale in the version published on the Site at the time of the order by the Customer.
The Customer is required to read the following General Conditions of Sale and to accept them, in particular the pre-contractual information, before confirming the order.
Upon transmission of the order, the Customer accepts that the confirmation of the information relating to the order and to these General Conditions of Sale is sent by e-mail to the address indicated at the time of registration on the Site, or during the purchase procedure.
The Customer, before the conclusion of the purchase contract, examines the characteristics of the goods that are described in the individual product sheets at the time of selection by the Customer.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the confirmation of the order with "payment obligation", the Customer is informed about:
- Total price of the goods including taxes, with indication of shipping costs and any other costs;
- Methods of payment;
- Terms, conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal;
- The existence of the legal guarantee for the purchased goods;
- After sales service conditions and commercial guarantees provided by the Seller.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND THEIR AVAILABILITY
The Products are sold with the characteristics described on the Site and in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale published on the Site at the time of the order by the Customer, with the exclusion of any other term or condition.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time at its sole discretion, without giving notice to the Users of the Site. Any changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site and will apply only to sales concluded from that date.
Prices, products for sale on the Site and their characteristics are subject to change without notice. Before sending the purchase order, the Customer is invited to check the final sale price.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
The Products displayed on the Site can be purchased by selecting them and placing them in the cart. Once the Customer has selected the Products and wishes to purchase those included in the cart, the Customer will be asked to provide the data necessary to allow the completion of the Contract. In particular, the Customer will be required to provide their personal data: e-mail address, address for the delivery of the products, billing address, a telephone number. If the Customer opts for the method of payment by credit card, he will be required to communicate the details of the credit card via a secure connection. For accounting and administrative purposes, the Seller reserves the right to verify the data provided by the Customer. In case of payment by credit card, the purchase amount will be charged to the Customer once the order is completed on the site. The Customer can pay for the Products ordered through one of the payment methods indicated on the Site.
Pursuant to art. 51 of the Consumer Code, we inform the Customer that the order involves the obligation to pay.
