• Timeframe: As soon as we receive the item, we will immediately proceed with shipping the new size or the new product requested.
• Cost: Size exchange and product exchange are free in Italy.
• Note: Please consult the product page for any specific limitations that may apply to limited edition products or items on promotion/sale.

2. Product Return with Refund (Extended to 30 Days)

If the recipient prefers a refund, you have 30 days to make the return:

• How it works: Go to the form on our website, select "Product Return". Print the label and leave the package at a courier collection point.
• Refund: As soon as the return is received and verified, we proceed with the refund. You can choose to receive the amount via direct refund or as a Faraone Shop Gift Card.
• Note on Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid by COD, the refund is made exclusively via bank transfer.
• Cost: The cost of the return is indicated on the "Returns" page and will be deducted from the initial total of the refund (including initial shipping costs).
