ALCHIMIA

Shoe artisans since 1932, now in their third generation. The story begins with grandfather Mario Troise in a small workshop in the heart of the historic center of Naples, the Sanità district, the soul of the city's footwear and cultural craftsmanship, and cradle of designers such as Mario Valentino and artists such as Prince Antonio de Curtis - the great Totò. The workshop grew from very small quantities of 20 pairs a day to production peaks of 5,000 pairs in the 1980s-90s. Alchimia was created to bring together the art, manufacturing culture and creativity of young designers who grew up in the city's fashion academy. Innovation, the continuous search for new materials, the enthusiasm and passion of the young people, combined with the experience and tradition of the company's 100-year history, result in an authentic, avant-garde and strictly Italian product.
