Bonsai is an Italian entity that was born out of the need to create a concept that identifies the brand's philosophy, centered on a minimal style, seeking to create a product in which simplicity and the search for detail are in perfect harmony. Bonsai aims to gain a foothold internationally, communicating an image of made in Italy with a different key. Bonsai presents itself at Pitti 96, confirming everything good it has shown us in recent years, of a young but constantly rising brand.
The soul of Bonsai is that an all-Italian brand, from design to manufacturing, of quality with one foot in streetwear and the other in contemporary menswear. The balance is well struck, and the brand knows how to mix its two souls well. The street spirit can be found in the multicolor triacetate track-jackets that smell very much of 1980s vintage, just as the pastel-colored logoed crewneck sweatshirts make us think back to the Paninari days. Side by side with these well are the acid lemon and violet-colored sweaters with a cotton terry weave, chenille crewnecks with ribbed hems and neckline, and the t-shirts, classic cotton pieces that give life to a product that winks toward an avant-garde contemporary.
